My Life Plan
JOHNNY GINSBERG
Personal Life Mandate
LIFE PURPOSE
I am committed to live a life of service to God, with my main focus to model a life of service and show other men how to live in love and faith. My faith is the foundation for my purpose worthy of proclamation and defense.
I will live in boldness as a Christ follower and thereby giving others cause to inquire as to the nature of my faith.
COMMITTED PASSION
My committed passion finds its focus in serving men and helping them develop their unique brand of leadership even though they may be suffering under the bondage of addictive behaviors. As a part of their development I will seek to help them find recovery so they too can serve God’s redemptive purposes more faithfully.
ROLE CHARACTERISTICS
The characteristics that must exist in any scenario ministry or work is the opportunity to serve others, care for others, make some worthwhile contribution to the effort, and take advantage of my wiring including my spiritual gifts, natural abilities, and acquired skills. Such service must not violate God’s commands or moral principles as found in the Bible. Such service must not compel me to violate my values and my identity in Christ. Finally, such service must give me freedom to share my testimony and beliefs without compromise.
UNIQUE METHODOLOGIES
The methodologies I will use to carry out my life purpose and committed passions include the following components.
My spiritual gifts of service, faith, helps, administration, and knowledge.
Service: the supernatural ability to identify unmet needs in the Body of Christ and beyond using whatever resources available to meet those needs.
Faith: the supernatural ability to trust God with extraordinary confidence, knowing He will work out His purposes in every situation.
Helps: the supernatural ability to unselfishly meet the needs of others, freeing them to exercise their gifts and divine purpose.
Administration: the supernatural ability to provide organization for the goals of the body of Christ by designing and carrying out an efficient plan of action.
Knowledge : the supernatural ability to receive and share revealed knowledge with unusual spiritual insight.
My personality temperament as extrovert, sensing, thinking, and judgment (ESTJ).
Extrovert : I focus on the outer world of people and things and am energized by being around others.
Sensing: I tend to focus on the present and on concrete information gained through the senses.
Thinking: I prefer to base my decisions primarily on logic and objective analysis of cause and effect.
Judgment: I like a planned and organized approach to life and prefer to have things settled.
My strengths including belief, adaptability, connectedness, developer, and input.
Belief : I operate from a basis of core convictions leading to purpose.
Adaptability: I am quick to adjust to circumstances living one day at a time.
Connectedness : I believe everything happens for a reason.
Developer : I thrive on seeing and developing the potential in others.
Input: I crave to know more and enjoy acquiring new knowledge.
My primary leadership style is as a coach: a guide by the side. I prefer to come along side another person and spur them on to realize their full potential in Christ.
My core values from which I derive clarity and focus to live intentionally for Christ and make decisions that honor Him include courage, endurance, purity, forgiveness, and kindness.
My operational principles that are exercised in every setting I am in and every service I am engaged include the following.
Living consistently as a man of integrity in every circumstance.
Understanding that everyone has some quality of God’s image in them.
God is faithful when we are not.
God can use whatever we bring for service.
Every act of kindness is a pleasing offering to the Lord.
ULTIMATE CONTRIBUTION
When God calls me home I hope to leave the following aroma that will linger long after I am gone – a man who served God faithfully, saw the value in others, and recognized that all humans are redeemable. I want my life to give courage to others that regardless of disabilities Christ can empower us to rise above our circumstances and accomplish great things for Him.
MY MONVEE RESULTS:
My learning style is by Conversation. (Social Learner)
My Pathway is Activist. (Activator)
My personality is like Jacob, who was the Father of the twelve tribes of Israel–and is Israel himself–One who struggles with God and prevails.

Johnny,
It was good talking to you yesterday. I may be doing something wrong, although when I click on the PLM tab it immediately brings me to this “Leave a Reply” box.
Any thoughts? Operator error on my part?
Let me know.

Great job man! You ran the race and finished the course. I hope and pray that God continues to use you to assist other men in their walk out of bondage! May He bless you for your faithfulness!
In Christ,
Mark

It’s been a couple of weeks since the advance, I hope that all is well.
For some reason, when viewing the main body of your home page (PLM) there are a lot of “A”‘s scattered throughout the text. You might want to take a look.
Take care,
Bret
